Account & Registration

The qinph registration process takes less than 2 minutes. Click the "Register" button at the top of the page, fill in your username, an active Malaysian phone number, email address and password. Verify your phone number with the OTP code sent via SMS and your account is activated instantly. There are no registration fees.

The absolute minimum age to register and play at qinph is 18 years old. qinph takes age limit compliance seriously. During the KYC (identity verification) process, your age will be verified through official identification documents. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed and balances will be forfeited.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process that requires you to upload a photo of your IC or passport. This is a one-time process required to enable withdrawals to your bank account and to increase transaction limits. KYC is typically approved within less than an hour during normal operating hours.

Your username cannot be changed after registration. To update your registered phone number or email address, you will need to contact the qinph support team via live chat and go through a brief identity verification process. These changes are typically processed within 24 hours.

Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered phone number or email. An OTP code will be sent for identity verification. Once verified, you can set a new password immediately. Make sure your new password is at least 8 characters with a combination of letters and numbers.
Deposit

qinph accepts deposits via a variety of MYR payment methods:
  • DuitNow (instant transfer)
  • FPX Online Banking (all major Malaysian banks)
  • Touch 'n Go eWallet
  • GrabPay
  • Boost
  • Direct bank transfer (ATM/Interbank)
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

The minimum deposit limit at qinph is RM 10 for most payment methods. The maximum limit depends on your chosen method and your account verification level. Once KYC is completed, your daily and monthly transaction limits will increase automatically. VIP users enjoy higher limits compared to standard accounts.

Deposits via DuitNow and FPX are typically credited within a few seconds to 5 minutes. Deposits via eWallet (TNG, GrabPay, Boost) are also nearly instant. Regular bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's system. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact support with your proof of payment.

qinph does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, some banks or eWallet providers may impose a small transaction fee on their end — this is outside qinph's control. Check with your bank or eWallet app for information on any fees that may apply.
Cash Withdrawal

Log in to your account, go to the "Wallet" or "Finance" section and select "Withdrawal". Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and choose your destination bank account. Make sure the bank account name matches the name registered in your KYC. Submit the request and wait for confirmation from the qinph team.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours for requests submitted during operating hours (8am–midnight). Requests submitted outside operating hours will be processed the following day. VIP users enjoy faster processing compared to standard accounts.

A withdrawal may be rejected for several reasons:
  • KYC not yet completed or not yet approved
  • Bonus rollover requirement not yet met
  • Bank account name does not match KYC name
  • Withdrawal amount exceeds the daily or monthly limit
  • Suspicious activity on account

The rollover requirement means the bonus amount received must be wagered a specified number of times before it can be withdrawn. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 5x rollover requirement means you need to place bets totalling RM 500 before those funds are eligible for withdrawal. Rollover requirements vary by bonus type — check the Promotions page for the full terms of each offer.
Bonuses & Promotions

New qinph members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of up to 100% on their first deposit, subject to the minimum deposit and rollover requirements set. The bonus is automatically credited to your account after the first deposit is successfully processed. Check the Promotions page for the latest offers as bonus values may change depending on the promotional period.

Every qinph account has a unique referral code that can be shared with friends. When a friend registers using your code and makes their first deposit, both parties automatically receive a referral bonus. The referral bonus value and eligibility requirements can be found in the "Referral" section of your account dashboard.

Yes, you can choose to opt out of any bonus when making a deposit. Select the "No Bonus" or "Deposit Only" option when processing your deposit if you do not want to be bound by rollover requirements. This gives you full flexibility to withdraw your funds without fulfilling any additional wagering conditions.

Yes, VIP levels are calculated based on total activity within a specific period (typically monthly or quarterly). If your activity falls below the minimum required to maintain your current VIP level, your level may be adjusted at the next review period.
